Stories of Italy's Ruby Bucket Lamp is a Murano glass table lamp built around the brand's signature Nougat technique — pink glass shards fused directly onto an ivory crystal base, mouth-blown in Murano into the label's characteristic four-sided, flower-shaped form. Design object first; light source second.
The Nougat process is physical, not cosmetic. Coloured glass shards are placed onto molten crystal and melted in — built into the material at formation, not applied after. Every base that leaves the Murano furnace distributes those pink fragments differently, which means no two Ruby Bucket Lamps are exactly alike. Brass hardware frames the fitting; a champagne-coloured fabric cord runs cleanly to the wall. The cotton shade cover is removable, keeping the silhouette quiet and the light warm.
