Black anchors this Sakura composition, top and bottom, with one note of violet breaking the line partway up. This modular table lamp follows the family's cube-only logic: no sphere in the column, just faceted resin blocks stacked and repeated until the eye reads rhythm rather than mass.
Read the column from its foot: a square base in solid black resin, Nero pieno, carries a large faceted cube in pale violet, Viola chiaro, corners cut away and set on point. Three smaller cubes in the same solid black step the rhythm back down before a taupe cotton shade, Tortora, closes it.
Switched off, the black frames the violet block like a single stone caught mid-column, a piece that can hold a console or entrance table alone. Switched on, the cotton softens the light before it spreads across the room, while brass at each joint keeps a warm line through the black. It suits a majlis corner or a spot beside a reading chair, part of the room either way.
Hand-cast in a Roman family workshop, it belongs to a system built for reconfiguring, with new modules or a different shade over time - a considered choice for new-home styling or gifting.

A wired table lamp built from hand-cast resin modules joined with brass fittings, under a cotton shade. It is an electrical piece, so no part is ever immersed in water; the shade is sensitive to damp, and prolonged sun or direct heat can fade the shade and dull the resin and brass.
Care: Unplug the lamp and let it cool fully before cleaning. Dust the base and shade regularly with a soft, dry cloth; if needed, wipe the base with a barely damp cloth and mild soap and dry it at once. Keep the shade dry at all times, as cotton can water-stain or warp.
Avoid: Water on the wiring or electrical fitting, and immersing or submerging any part; damp rooms and splashes that stain or warp the shade; and prolonged direct sun or heat sources such as radiators, which fade the shade and dull the base.
Suitable for: Accent lighting on a console, side table, sideboard or reading corner in indoor living and dining spaces.
Sakura and Sakura Mignon turn Charlottina’s resin modules toward a rounder, more floral reading of colour: spheres and cubes stacked into a compact column, finished with brass and a cotton shade. Sakura sits on a console; Sakura Mignon is the same idea at a closer scale.
