The Zenobia Teacup brings one of Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities to the ritual of tea — fine bone china designed by CTRLZAK Studio for Seletti's Hybrid collection.
At this intimate scale, the East-West collision becomes something you hold in your hands. Chinoiserie florals — peonies, cloud-bands, cobalt blue — face off across a bold graphic seam against baroque cartouches and heraldic ornament from European fine china. The divide cuts across the cup and its saucer. It never blends the two traditions; it holds them apart.
