Sakura Vinaccio Lamp - Charlottina

Sakura is the Charlottina Design lamp that leaves the sphere out entirely and builds its argument in cut stone instead. Part of Charlottina's modular resin lighting system — the Rome atelier's family of lamps assembled, not moulded, from individually hand-cast pieces — this configuration reads as a run of geometry rather than a single mass, and that repetition is the whole point of the family.

Read from the floor up: a square base in Nero pieno — solid black — anchors the column, then a large faceted cube in Rosso, a saturated red, followed by a second large cube in Bianco trasparente, a clear finish that lets light travel straight through it. Three smaller cubes in Nero pieno climb above, each cut to sit on its point rather than its face, and a shade in Rosso closes the sequence at the top. Brass joins every module, and a script signature marks the base.

Switched off, it holds a console or entrance table as sculpture in its own right. Switched on, the transparent cube carries colour through the stack while the solid blocks hold the line — a considered piece for majlis styling, a new-home console, or design-led gifting where the story is the composition itself.
