Product Details
Deep black and vivid red carry this Mia Mignon lamp, the bedside-scaled member of Charlottina Design's modular lighting range. Read the column from the base up: a round base in solid black, then a small sphere in the same tone, a large faceted cube in red with its corners sliced away so it balances on a point rather than a flat face, a medium cube in black, and a compact cotton shade in red gathering the sequence at the top.
Every module is hand-cast in a Roman family workshop, then assembled piece by piece along the rod that runs through the column, with brass fittings warming each join between one resin block and the next. The scale suits a surface within reach — a dressing table or bedside shelf — where the sphere's dark weight and the red cube's cut facets read up close. Switched off, the stack reads as sculpture; switched on, light lifts through the shade and warms the space around it.
In a Gulf home, this scale suits bedside styling or a majlis side table, and works as easily as a milestone or housewarming gift. The red-and-black composition brings a considered, colour-forward accent to a new home.

Care & Use
A wired table lamp built from hand-cast resin modules joined with brass fittings, under a cotton shade. It is an electrical piece, so no part is ever immersed in water; the shade is sensitive to damp, and prolonged sun or direct heat can fade the shade and dull the resin and brass.
Care: Unplug the lamp and let it cool fully before cleaning. Dust the base and shade regularly with a soft, dry cloth; if needed, wipe the base with a barely damp cloth and mild soap and dry it at once. Keep the shade dry at all times, as cotton can water-stain or warp.
Avoid: Water on the wiring or electrical fitting, and immersing or submerging any part; damp rooms and splashes that stain or warp the shade; and prolonged direct sun or heat sources such as radiators, which fade the shade and dull the base.
Suitable for: Accent lighting on a console, side table, sideboard or reading corner in indoor living and dining spaces.
More from This Collection
Mia & Mia Mignon
Mia and Mia Mignon are Charlottina Design’s geometric table lamps: stacked resin cubes and spheres, joined in brass and finished with a cotton shade. Mia is the full column for a console or living room; Mia Mignon is the same composition at bedside scale.
