Welcome to Amprio Milano. These Terms of Service & Sale (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Amprio Milano website, online store, products, content, features and services.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to AMPRIO MILANO HOUSEHOLD UTENSILS TRADING L.L.C., registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “You”, “customer” and “user” refer to the person or organisation using the website or purchasing products.

By visiting or using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to represent and bind that organisation to these Terms. If you act as an individual, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Access and Account

To place an order, you may be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, billing address and payment information. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities carried out through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colour, texture, finish, proportions and appearance may vary depending on the device, screen, lighting and photography.

Product descriptions, prices, availability and specifications may change without prior notice. We may discontinue a product or limit available quantities at our discretion.

Products are intended for personal or household use and may not be resold or exported for commercial purposes without our written consent.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept, reject, cancel or modify an order, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, there is a payment issue, fraud is suspected or customer information is incorrect.

An order is considered accepted after confirmation by us and receipt of full payment. Please check all order information before submission, as cancellation may no longer be possible after an order has been accepted or prepared for dispatch.

If an order is cancelled or modified, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, telephone number or address provided.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices, currency, taxes, delivery charges, duties and other fees are displayed at checkout according to the selected market, delivery destination and applicable law.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Depending on availability for a particular order, these may include bank cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Tabby, Tamara and Amprio Milano eGift Card.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the relevant payment provider to process the amount displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for payment refusal caused by a bank, card issuer, payment provider, insufficient funds or technical circumstances outside our control.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery charges, timeframes, methods, customs responsibilities and pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Standard delivery within the UAE is 2–3 business days. If an item is available in our showroom and delivery capacity is available, next-business-day delivery may be confirmed individually for selected orders within the UAE.

Showroom pickup is available for eligible orders. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the showroom for collection.

7. Undelivered and Incomplete Orders

If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, check the tracking information, delivery address, neighbours, reception or building management. If the order is still missing two business days after the expected delivery date, contact Customer Care.

If an item is missing or damaged, notify us as soon as possible, providing the order number and photographs of the packaging and product where possible.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.

9. Use of the Website and Content

Text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, videos, design, software and other website materials belong to Amprio Milano, its partners, licensors, suppliers or other rights holders.

You may use the website only for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes related to browsing and purchasing products. Without written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell or commercially use website materials.

You may not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to systems, engage in scraping, spam, phishing or unauthorised data extraction, interfere with website operation, or infringe the rights of third parties.

10. Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify. We may also use third-party payment, courier, analytics and other services to provide our services. Those providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The purchase of products is made directly between the customer and Amprio Milano. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for the products, delivery, damage, losses or disputes relating to a purchase from Amprio Milano.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Reviews and Feedback

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You grant Amprio Milano a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that content for customer service, website operation, marketing and service improvement, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

13. Errors and Website Availability

The website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges, timeframes or availability. We may correct or update information and may cancel or reject an order where an error is identified, including after an order has been placed.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, viruses or technical problems. We may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amprio Milano is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business reputation.

We are not responsible for losses caused by courier delays, customs clearance, incorrect customer information, refusal by a third-party payment service, technical failure, product unavailability, improper product use or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, transport restrictions, customs delays, courier disruptions or technical failures.

16. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai. Disputes relating to these Terms, the website, services or purchases are subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law.
