By completing an order and processing payment through our website, you accept the following terms and conditions relating to the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are normally packed and handed over to our courier partners on the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays are normally processed on the next working day.

Same-day dispatch refers to the handover of the shipment to the courier and does not guarantee same-day delivery.

Processing and dispatch may take longer during weekends, public holidays, Ramadan, promotional campaigns, sales periods or unusually high order volumes.

Courier Services and Tracking

We work with trusted logistics providers, including Emirates Post, Aramex and DHL. The courier selected for a shipment may vary depending on the destination, shipment size, available services and operational requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking details may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication channel.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may not appear immediately after collection.

Delivery within Dubai

Delivery within Dubai is provided free of charge for all orders.

Estimated delivery time is one to two working days from dispatch.

Delivery to Other Emirates

Delivery to the remaining Emirates within the United Arab Emirates is charged at AED 30 per order.

Delivery is free for orders with a total value of AED 500 or more.

Estimated delivery time is one to two working days from dispatch.

Delivery to GCC Countries

Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman is charged at AED 50 per order.

Delivery is free for GCC orders with a total value of AED 1,000 or more.

Estimated delivery time is three to five working days from dispatch.

Delivery to the United States and Australia

Shipping charges generally range between AED 30 and AED 70 depending on the destination, shipment size, weight and selected courier service.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery time is five to twelve working days from dispatch.

Other International Destinations

For all other international destinations, shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

Estimated delivery time is generally between five and twelve working days from dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery periods stated in this Shipping Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, Ramadan, promotional periods, customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Due to the current situation in the Middle East, certain deliveries may experience additional delays. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

International Orders

For destinations outside the GCC, shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping service.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT or other local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, all import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs and Import Fees

Customs regulations and import charges vary between countries. We cannot estimate or collect these charges in advance.

Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority before placing an order if additional information is required.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and email address when placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered, are delayed or are returned because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided.

Any additional shipping or redelivery costs resulting from incorrect delivery details may be charged to the customer.

Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please first check with your neighbours, reception desk or building management.

If the shipment is still missing two working days after the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Care team so we can investigate with the courier.

Incomplete or Damaged Deliveries

If any items are missing from your order or if your shipment arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected items to assist with our investigation.
