The Onda Gourmet Plate x4 brings Avant Guard's wave-curved form to a full table service — four melamine gourmet plates designed for restaurants, yacht galleys, and beach clubs where every tasting course deserves its own considered stage.
Onda ("wave") is Baci Milano's answer to the amuse-bouche challenge: compact, deliberately curved pieces that frame small portions with architectural precision. Where a dinner plate is a broad canvas, an Onda plate works at the scale of the intervention — a single scallop, a two-bite starter, a palate cleanser given its own visual context. Conceived at Casa Baci in Milan, each curve is structural rather than decorative, directing the eye toward whatever sits within it.
Across Dubai and the Gulf, HORECA venues demand tableware that carries a chef's vision through high-frequency service. The x4 set covers a full table — suited to tasting counters, chef's tables, superyacht dinners, and outdoor catering events where plate geometry becomes part of the culinary language. Premium melamine holds its form reliably, without the breakage risk of fine porcelain.
