The Picco plate is Avant Guard's most editorial form — a white melamine round plate defined by a single off-axis peak that lifts one edge of the rim into a deliberate sculptural arch. Four sizes, one decisive design statement.
Conceived at Casa Baci in Milan, Avant Guard is Baci Milano's haute-cuisine system: monochromatic, architectural, built on the idea that form is the decoration and food is the colour. Picco pushes that logic to its sharpest point. The rising peak angles the plating surface, turning every service moment into a composed visual event — whether for a tasting-menu course, a main, or a single element placed à la minute.
For Dubai's hotel F&B kitchens, restaurant openings, and superyacht galleys, Picco delivers architectural impact in shock-resistant, lightweight melamine — HORECA-grade performance with no concession on presentation. Food-safe, BPA-free, tasteless and odorless (TÜV, SGS, Intertek). Suitable from -10°C to 50°C. Freezable.
Dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Do not use in the oven. Not for aniseed drinks.
Colours may fade in the dishwasher over time. No bleach, benzene, alcohol, esters, solvents, abrasive pads or steel wool.
Wash after contact with dairy, coffee, tea or strong alcohol to avoid stains.
