Baci Milano 5% Promotion Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Baci Milano promotion offered by AMPRIO MILANO HOUSEHOLD UTENSILS TRADING L.L.C (“Amprio Milano”) in the United Arab Emirates.
1. Promotion Eligibility
Customers receive 5% off eligible Baci Milano products when purchasing AED 1,500 or more of eligible Baci Milano products in a single order.
The AED 1,500 minimum spend is calculated based only on eligible Baci Milano products. Products from other brands, delivery charges and other additional services do not count toward the minimum spend.
2. Discount Application
The 5% discount is applied automatically at checkout once the promotion requirements are met.
The promotion applies only to eligible Baci Milano products available for purchase.
The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or promotional offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Prices and Delivery
The applicable price and discount are displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed and paid.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated separately in accordance with Amprio Milano's standard delivery terms.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the applicable Amprio Milano Return & Refund Policy and UAE consumer protection laws.
If part of an order is returned and the value of the remaining eligible Baci Milano products falls below AED 1,500, the promotional discount may be recalculated when determining the applicable refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under UAE law.
5. Product Availability
The promotion applies to eligible products while stocks last and does not guarantee the availability of any particular product throughout the promotional period.
6. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid during the period communicated by Amprio Milano on its website or in the relevant promotional materials.
Amprio Milano reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion in accordance with applicable law. Any such changes will not affect orders successfully placed and confirmed before the changes take effect.
7. Errors and Misuse
In the event of an obvious technical error, incorrect application of the discount, misuse of the promotion or fraudulent activity, Amprio Milano reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable UAE law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
