The Double Onda gourmet plate is Avant Guard's most expressive small canvas — conceived for dual presentations, two curves holding two portions in one deliberate composition. This melamine plate from Baci Milano brings a chef's architectural eye to the tasting-menu moment.
Where the Mono Onda stages a single act, the Double Onda opens a dialogue — two ingredients, two textures, one plate in conversation with itself. Designed at Casa Baci in Milan, the Onda range treats every piece as composition: its wave-form geometry frames each portion with sculptural intent, directing the eye as precisely as the palate.

Food-safe, BPA-free, tasteless and odorless (TÜV, SGS, Intertek). Suitable from -10°C to 50°C. Freezable.
Dishwasher safe. Do not use in the microwave or oven. Not for aniseed drinks.
