A place card sets the rhythm of a formal table before the first course arrives. Fuji from Weissestal's Wallpaper line turns that small hosting detail into a piece of designer porcelain tableware, shaped for names, menus, or assigned seating.
Designed by Italian interior designer Andrea Castrignano, the Wallpaper collection treats each pattern like a miniature graphic environment. Fuji carries the line's Japanese-inspired register, translating landscape mood and drawn composition into a refined table accent rather than a purely decorative object.
The decoration is created from Castrignano's own drawings as a screen-printed underglaze decal, then fired into high-quality porcelain at 1160 degrees. That process keeps the artwork visually integrated with the surface, giving the porcelain place card holder a clean, finished presence.
Use it to sharpen hosted dinners, pair it with Loop pieces, or mix it with Wallpaper plates when the table calls for pattern, structure, and a clearly considered seating plan.

Care & Use
Care: Wash by hand soon after use in warm water with a mild soap and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry straight away with a soft cloth, rather than leaving food to dry on the glaze.
Avoid: The dishwasher, microwave, oven and tumble dryer; sudden temperature changes such as boiling liquid into a cold plate; abrasive pads, scouring powders and bleach, which scratch the glaze; and knocks or unprotected stacking, which chip rims.
Suitable for: Everyday and formal dining, bread service, and mixed-pattern table settings for hosting and gatherings.
