What’s included

Hand-cast polymer elements with rich colour depth and a distinctive interplay of light, solid brass and a cotton shade. The lamp is assembled and packed in the showroom. The electrical configuration is adapted to local installation requirements.

Customisation & Craftsmanship

Can I customise my Charlottina lamp?

Yes. Charlottina’s modular system allows you to combine different shapes, colours and elements into your own composition. With the colours and components currently available, more than 500 configurations can be created.

How long will my lamp take?

Many Charlottina colours and components are already in stock, so most configurations can be prepared without waiting for new production.

Delivery is approximately 2–3 business days within the UAE and 3–5 business days across the GCC.

If you would like a colour or configuration beyond the currently available selection, a dedicated production order can be arranged with an estimated lead time of 4–6 weeks, followed by delivery to your destination.

Can I see the lamps in person before ordering?

Yes. You can explore the Charlottina Design collection at the Amprio Milano showroom at Warehouse 23, Goshi Warehouse City, and compare colours, materials and proportions in person.

Can I return my lamp?

Standard returns are accepted within 14 days, subject to the applicable return conditions. Custom-made or specially produced configurations may be subject to separate terms.
