Description

Named for the Italian word for lightning, the Fulmine Bowl announces itself with a sculpted rim that traces a bold, electric silhouette — the unmistakable signature of Mario Luca Giusti's Florentine Synthetic Crystal, reimagined as a striking acrylic bowl.

The Fulmine belongs to a tradition of giving inanimate objects vivid personalities. A bowl is never just a bowl here: it carries a name, a silhouette, a mood. The lightning-bolt rim is theatrical and immediate — the moment a table stops being functional and becomes a scene. Crafted from premium Italian acrylic in the same saturated palette that defines the collection, it captures and bends light in a way that only a piece designed in Florence can.

For Dubai homes where terrace evenings call for something beyond the utilitarian, the Fulmine delivers. Set it poolside as a fruit bowl, use it for a chilled mezze spread on a yacht deck, or let it anchor a villa dessert table — it weighs almost nothing and commands attention effortlessly.

Care & Use

Food-grade acrylic, also called synthetic crystal, is lightweight, shatter-resistant and crystal-clear for drinkware and serveware. It is comfortable with chilled and room-temperature drinks, but not microwave-safe, not oven-safe and not for boiling or very hot liquids, which can cloud or warp the material; prolonged direct sunlight can dull clarity over time.

Care: Hand-wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and a soft cloth, then rinse and pat dry; plain undecorated pieces may go on the dishwasher's top rack on a cool cycle below 50°C, while hand-decorated pieces should always be hand-washed. Wash promptly after dairy, coffee, tea or alcohol.

Avoid: Microwave, oven and freezer; dishwasher cycles above 50°C; boiling or very hot liquids; prolonged alcohol or aniseed-drink contact; prolonged direct sun; abrasive pads, steel wool, bleach, benzene and strong solvents; metal stirrers and knife contact that scratch the surface.

Suitable for: Terrace and garden dining, poolside and yacht service, and outdoor entertaining.
