Named for Zaira — one of Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities, a city that exists entirely in the relationships between its past and its space — this generous salad bowl is CTRLZAK Studio's sharpest formal argument in Seletti's Hybrid collection. Fine bone china, two decorative worlds, one deliberately uncompromising seam.

Where a dinner plate divides East and West across each diner's private territory, the Zaira bowl holds them in orbit around a shared interior. Chinoiserie peonies and scrolling cloud-bands arc one way; baroque cartouches and heraldic crests sweep the other. The colour-bar seam at the centre is not a resolution — it is the argument, made visible. High-resolution graphic printing on translucent bone porcelain gives each motif the saturation and authority of a collector's piece.

In a Dubai villa or across a boutique hotel spread, Zaira commands the table before a single leaf lands in it. A conversation piece that doubles as a salad bowl, or the other way around.
