Mia Mignon Giada Lamp - Charlottina

Jade gives its name to this Mia Mignon lamp, though its colour argument runs cooler than the stone suggests. Charlottina Design's Rome atelier builds it from hand-cast resin, module by module: a square base in solid white, a small sphere in the same white above it, a large faceted cube in petrol green — verde petrolio, the deep, smoky shade that recurs through the range — a medium cube in transparent white, and a compact green cotton shade on top.

Mia Mignon keeps the logic of the full-size Mia at a smaller scale: weight low in the sphere, faceted geometry stacked above it. The solid modules hold colour flat and opaque; the transparent cube carries light straight through the green. Brass fittings mark each join, and because the lamp is built from separate modules rather than cast whole, its shade or cube could change without touching the frame beneath.

Set beside a bed or on a dressing table, it reads as a small, faceted object first and a light source second, once switched on. In Gulf interiors it suits a majlis-adjacent reading corner or new-home styling, and its compact scale makes it a considered pick for design-led gifting.
