Product Details
The dessert course deserves a finish as considered as everything that came before it. This set of four Portofino porcelain dessert plates from Baci Milano brings that closing moment to the table with the collection's signature alchemy — pearl strings and ornamental clasps dissolving, across the print, into branching corals, shells, and the quiet shimmer of the Mediterranean.
On the smaller canvas of a dessert plate, the Portofino motif reads as something intimate and precise, closer to wearable jewellery than tableware. The Italian fine porcelain carries its colour with the exactness of enamel, the coral reds and cream grounds holding the Ligurian palette just as Baci Milano's design studio in Milan intended — sophisticated, radiant, and unmistakably Riviera.
In Dubai, where a beautifully finished table is itself a gesture of generosity, this set transforms the end of any gathering: a villa lunch, a long afternoon on a yacht, a majlis table laid for family and guests. Complete the Portofino service with the matching dinner and soup plates for a fully coordinated Italian table.

Care & Use
Durable vitrified porcelain with a hard, glazed, food-safe surface that resists staining and odour. Plain undecorated pieces tolerate everyday use and the microwave, while any 24 kt gold, platinum or metallic detailing must never be microwaved; porcelain is not for the oven or freezer and can crack under sudden thermal shock.
Care: Hand-wash gold, platinum, metallic or hand-painted pieces in warm water with mild soap and a soft sponge, then dry immediately; plain undecorated pieces may be washed by hand or on a gentle/top-rack dishwasher cycle.
Avoid: Microwaving metallic decoration; sudden hot-to-cold temperature changes; the oven and freezer; abrasive pads, steel wool, scouring powders, undiluted bleach, knocks and drops.
Suitable for: Formal dining, tea and coffee service, plated courses, desserts and considered table settings.
More from This Collection
Portofino
Portofino captures the Ligurian Riviera at its most glamorous: pearls, chains and precious ornaments that dissolve, mid-pattern, into corals, fish and shells. The jeweller-turned-marine motif flows across porcelain, premium melamine, antistain cotton and velvet cushions in coral red, Mediterranean blue and ivory — one print, four materials, endlessly combinable.
