Melamine Inside Out Pasta Bowl Luna - Avant Guard

Luna is the architectural meditation at the heart of Avant Guard — concentric ripples swept across a bone-white melamine surface, tracing the geometry of the moon's own terrain. On this bowl, the Inside Out rim adds a second reading: depth becomes drama, the turned-in edge a deliberate frame rather than a boundary. Designed at Casa Baci in Milan, it embodies the premise that tableware at this level should do something — not simply serve.

Built for the demands of professional HORECA service — restaurant kitchens, hotel dining rooms, yacht galleys, beach club catering — the Luna Inside Out is shock-resistant and lightweight without sacrificing visual discipline. For chefs and restaurateurs across Dubai and the UAE seeking a signature plating profile with the resilience melamine demands, this bowl delivers both sculpture and performance.

Food-safe premium melamine — tasteless, odourless and BPA-free, independently tested and certified (TUV, SGS, Intertek). It is lightweight, highly resistant to scratches and breakage, and rated from about -10 C to +50 C; short-term freezing is acceptable, but it is never microwave-safe or oven-safe.

Care: Wash on a standard dishwasher top-rack cycle, or hand-wash with mild soap and a soft sponge; hand-wash any gold-detailed or hand-painted pieces, and rinse promptly after turmeric, saffron or other strong pigments.

Avoid: The microwave and oven; extended time in the freezer; cutting directly on the surface; strong pigments left to sit; and dishwasher heat or harsh detergent on metallic trims.

Suitable for: Restaurants, terraces, gardens, poolside service, catering and high-volume hospitality.

Avant Guard

Avant Guard speaks the language of haute cuisine: pure white, sculptural, undecorated — the food becomes the colour. Six sub-ranges each explore a single design idea, from Luna's lunar ripples and Satellite's grand plating plates to Viceversa's flip-and-reverse dual-function pieces.
