The Fontana Bottle takes its name from the great Italian tradition of the fountain — architecture built around the simple act of giving water. Food-grade acrylic, also called synthetic crystal, is lightweight, shatter-resistant and crystal-clear for drinkware and serveware. It is comfortable with chilled and room-temperature drinks, but not microwave-safe, not oven-safe and not for boiling or very hot liquids, which can cloud or warp the material; prolonged direct sunlight can dull clarity over time.

Care: Hand-wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and a soft cloth, then rinse and pat dry; plain undecorated pieces may go on the dishwasher's top rack on a cool cycle below 50°C, while hand-decorated pieces should always be hand-washed. Wash promptly after dairy, coffee, tea or alcohol.

Avoid: Microwave, oven and freezer; dishwasher cycles above 50°C; boiling or very hot liquids; prolonged alcohol or aniseed-drink contact; prolonged direct sun; abrasive pads, steel wool, bleach, benzene and strong solvents; metal stirrers and knife contact that scratch the surface.

Suitable for: Terrace and garden dining, poolside and yacht service, and outdoor entertaining.
