Conceived at Casa Baci in Milan, Avant Guard is Baci Milano's haute-cuisine system: monochromatic, architectural, built on the idea that form is the decoration and food is the colour. Picco pushes that logic to its sharpest point. The rising peak angles the plating surface, turning every service moment into a composed visual event — whether for a tasting-menu course, a main, or a single element placed à la minute.

For Dubai's hotel F&B kitchens, restaurant openings, and superyacht galleys, Picco delivers architectural impact in shock-resistant, lightweight melamine — HORECA-grade performance with no concession on presentation. Food-safe premium melamine — tasteless, odourless and BPA-free, independently tested and certified (TUV, SGS, Intertek). It is lightweight, highly resistant to scratches and breakage, and rated from about -10 C to +50 C; short-term freezing is acceptable, but it is never microwave-safe or oven-safe.

Care: Wash on a standard dishwasher top-rack cycle, or hand-wash with mild soap and a soft sponge; hand-wash any gold-detailed or hand-painted pieces, and rinse promptly after turmeric, saffron or other strong pigments.

Avoid: The microwave and oven; extended time in the freezer; cutting directly on the surface; strong pigments left to sit; and dishwasher heat or harsh detergent on metallic trims.

Suitable for: Restaurants, terraces, gardens, poolside service, catering and high-volume hospitality.
