The Satellite Acrylic Bowl is Baci Milano's crystal-clear centrepiece for architectural plating — part of the Avant Guard collection, a HORECA-focused range conceived for chefs who understand that the vessel is as deliberate a choice as the dish itself.
Satellite takes its design brief from the grand presentation pieces of haute cuisine: large-format, imposing, built to frame a single ingredient as a visual event. The acrylic version introduces an element the melamine plates cannot offer — complete transparency. Crystal-clear walls dissolve the bowl's own presence entirely, leaving the food's colour, texture, and composition as the sole visual statement. No surface pattern, no decoration; only geometry, light, and the cook's intent. One idea, executed at Casa Baci in Milan without compromise.
A natural fit for restaurant pass counters, hotel banqueting, catering setups, and yacht galleys, it is shatter-resistant and built for the demands of outdoor and marine service — a practical advantage across Dubai's waterfront venues and the wider Gulf dining scene.

Care & Use
Food-grade acrylic synthetic crystal — lightweight, clear and shatter-resistant, suited to serving with the look of cut crystal. It is not microwave-safe or oven-safe, should be kept away from hobs and ovens, and can cloud or warp under high heat or very hot food.
Care: Hand-wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and a soft cloth, or use the top rack on a cool, gentle dishwasher cycle for plain pieces; rinse and pat dry promptly.
Avoid: Microwave, oven, hobs and very hot food; abrasive pads, steel wool, bleach and strong solvents; knife contact, metal utensils, prolonged UV exposure and stacking while damp.
Suitable for: Terrace and garden dining, buffet service, outdoor entertaining and high-turnover hospitality service.
