The Avant Guard Cake Stand belongs to the Viceversa sub-range — a line built on one deliberate, chef-minded idea: a single piece that works two ways. Flip it, and the profile changes entirely, yielding a new height, a new angle, a different presentation surface from the same object.
Avant Guard is Baci Milano's HORECA-focused collection — pure white, sculptural, stripped of decoration so the food carries the visual weight. Viceversa takes that logic to its conclusion. In premium melamine with a porcelain-look finish, the cake stand delivers the class expected in professional service without the fragility of traditional ceramics. Engineered for high-frequency use, it moves from kitchen pass to table without compromise.
Three sizes allow tiered dessert displays, precision single-piece presentations, or a standalone centrepiece — at a fine-dining restaurant in Dubai, on the afterdeck of a superyacht, or anchoring a beach club brunch spread across the UAE. Food-safe, BPA-free, tasteless and odorless (TÜV, SGS, Intertek). Suitable from -10°C to 50°C. Freezable.
Dishwasher safe. Do not use in the microwave or oven. Not for aniseed drinks.
Colours may fade in the dishwasher over time. No bleach, benzene, alcohol, esters, solvents, abrasive pads or steel wool.
Wash after contact with dairy, coffee, tea or strong alcohol to avoid stains.
