The Broad Rim Pasta Bowl from Avant Guard's Luna sub-range brings the architecture of haute-cuisine plating to professional restaurant service. Its wide horizontal rim and gently concave bowl create a natural frame for each course — food sits centre-stage, the rim becomes the gallery wall. A melamine pasta bowl designed for the serious kitchen.

Luna's design language is drawn from the rippled surface of the moon: fluid concentric lines sweeping across a bone-white surface, catching the light at every angle. Conceived at Casa Baci in Milan, it is the deliberately minimal thread in the Baci Milano universe — a working chef's answer to what a presentation plate should do.

Built from premium melamine, the bowl handles the demands of restaurant service, a yacht galley, or a beach club without flinching.
