The name Rodina joins a roster of cultures that survive now only in fragments. CTRLZAK's answer is to resurrect their decorative vocabulary on a transparent canvas — chinoiserie cloud-scrolls on one face, baroque ornament on the other, the sharp dividing line doing what it always does in Hybrid: refusing to let either tradition absorb the other. On glass, the patterns float. The transparency adds a tension the porcelain alone cannot.
