The Avant Guard Forme Oval Plate is the classicist of a modernist collection — an elegantly proportioned melamine oval plate that reads as fine porcelain at the dining table. Designed at Casa Baci in Milan, Forme channels the quiet language of porcelain tradition into a material built for demanding professional service.
The oval silhouette is a deliberate choice: an elongated canvas that gives chefs room to compose — whole fish, a sequence of garnishes, a main ingredient laid at an angle. Where other plates crowd the presentation, Forme's harmonious proportions let the dish breathe. The pure white, porcelain-look finish places the food at the centre of attention, not the vessel.
Built from shock-resistant premium melamine, the Forme Oval is engineered for high-frequency HORECA environments — restaurant service, hotel banqueting, yacht galleys, beach-club dining. It delivers the visual standard of fine-dining crockery without the fragility, making it equally at home on a Dubai rooftop terrace or a superyacht deck in Gulf waters.
Three sizes allow the Forme Oval to move across the full service — from a composed starter to a generous main course plate — a dependable, Italian-designed anchor for any professional table.

Avant Guard
