The Raissa Cake Stand is Hybrid at its most theatrical — CTRLZAK Studio's East-West collision in fine bone porcelain, lifted off the table on a pedestal and presented at full height. Named for one of Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities, it carries the whole conceptual game of the Hybrid collection into the moment of dessert.
Where a dinner plate stages the cultural argument horizontally, the Raissa elevates it. Vibrant chinoiserie motifs and European heraldic ornament frame the stand's surface in full graphic saturation, divided by that signature bold seam — the line that refuses to reconcile East and West, and insists that the contrast is the point. On a pedestal, the argument faces every direction at once.
In a Dubai villa, a boutique hotel, or a design-conscious private dining room, the Raissa does what a great cake stand should: it makes the table about more than whatever sits on top. Food-safe glass for cold and room-temperature service, with clear dishwasher-durable behaviour. It is sensitive to thermal shock, so it is not microwave-safe or oven-safe and should not be moved suddenly between hot and cold conditions.
