The amphora — ancient Mediterranean vessel of abundance and trade — becomes the defining motif on this fine Italian porcelain dessert plate from Baci Milano's Dolce Vita collection. Bold and richly illustrated in the collection's signature palette, it transforms the sweet close of a meal into something worth lingering over.
Dolce Vita is rooted in the Italian art of savoring every moment — the golden hour, the long table, the pleasure of beautiful things close at hand. For a dessert plate, that philosophy lands where it matters most: the final course, unhurried and shared. The amphora reaches back to the ancient Mediterranean world, a quiet reminder that the love of fine living and the art of the table are as old as civilization itself.
At home in a Dubai villa or as part of an evening tablescape for guests, this piece works as a standalone accent or within a growing Dolce Vita service. A considered gift from the Milan design house that has made Italian lifestyle an art form.

Fine vitrified porcelain with a hard, glazed, food-safe surface that resists staining and odour. Plain undecorated pieces tolerate everyday use and the microwave, while any 24 kt gold, platinum or metallic detail must never be microwaved; porcelain is not for the oven or freezer and can crack under sudden thermal shock.
Care: Hand-wash decorated, gilded or hand-painted pieces in warm water with mild soap and a soft sponge, then dry immediately; plain undecorated porcelain may be washed gently by hand or on a top-rack dishwasher cycle.
Avoid: Microwaving metallic-decorated pieces; the oven and freezer; sudden temperature changes; abrasive pads, steel wool, scouring powders, undiluted bleach, prolonged acidic or strongly coloured food contact, knocks and drops.
Suitable for: Formal and everyday dining, tea service, desserts, gifting and considered table settings.
Dolce Vita by Baci Milano puts a smiling sun at the centre of the table. Royal blue, bold red and warm yellow carry Mediterranean symbols across porcelain plates, cups and serving pieces — the Trinacria of Sicily, palms, amphorae and the words la vita è bella.
