"Gulp!" — the Italian comic-book exclamation — is what happens the first time you see this mug. Bold pop-art graphics, flat colour blocks, and the irreverent energy of fumetti cover every surface of this fine Italian porcelain piece, designed at Casa Baci in Milan.

The Gulp collection takes the vivid, carefree world of Italian comics and reinvents it for the adult table — without losing any of the fun. Each mug carries graphic subjects drawn from mid-century comic panels: exclamations, illustrated characters, and confident bursts of colour. Childhood wonder, reworked in glazed porcelain.

In Dubai, where the gifting calendar fills quickly with milestone moments and housewarming occasions, this mug is the kind of piece that actually gets remembered — bold enough to stand out, Italian enough to feel special. Pair it with the matching Gulp pizza plate and placemat for a complete pop-art table story.

Durable vitrified porcelain with a hard, glazed, food-safe surface that resists staining and odour. Plain undecorated porcelain tolerates everyday use and the microwave, while any gold, platinum or metallic detailing must never be microwaved; avoid the oven and freezer, and protect it from impact and sudden thermal shock.

Care: Wash promptly with mild detergent and a soft sponge, or use a gentle/top-rack dishwasher cycle where the piece has no metallic or hand-painted detail; hand-wash decorated or metallic pieces and dry immediately.

Avoid: Sudden temperature changes, boiling liquid into a cold mug, knocks and drops, the oven and freezer, microwaving metallic trim, abrasive pads, steel wool, scouring powders and undiluted bleach.

Suitable for: Colourful dining, pizza service, coffee and tea, gifting and lively table settings.
