Delicate opaline-white flakes are melted directly onto a Murano crystal base while the piece is still on the glassmaker's pipe, settling like snowflakes and fusing permanently into the surface. The effect is luminous without being loud: almost matte at distance, then subtly alive when light — morning sun, a backlit shelf — finds the individual flakes. Among the Stories of Italy vase range, this is the quietest voice: no saturated colour, just the purity of handmade Murano glass at its most understated.

Artisanal hand-blown Murano glass, with natural variations in colour, bubbles and form that make each vase unique. It is decorative glass, sensitive to impact and sudden temperature changes, so it should be handled as a delicate statement piece.

Care: Hand-wash one piece at a time in lukewarm water with mild neutral soap, then pat dry immediately with a soft cloth; if used with flowers, change the water every one to two days and rinse before refilling.

Avoid: Sudden temperature changes, direct heat and prolonged direct sunlight; impact against hard surfaces; and washing multiple pieces together, which can chip the blown glass.
