Leafy salads, roasted vegetables, or shared pasta take on a warmer mood against the saffron-yellow glaze of this Yellow Cottage salad bowl by Weissestal. Its rounded porcelain form suits relaxed everyday tableware, with enough presence for family-style serving.
Cottage is Weissestal's signature reactive glaze collection, made from Italian porcelain and finished with glaze applied by hand before firing. In the kiln, the surface develops its own speckles, droplets, and softly pooled colour, giving each bowl a handmade-look finish without losing the reliability of a complete tableware system.
The yellow shade is the brightest note in the Cottage palette: cheerful at breakfast, sunny at lunch, and easy to soften beside Ivory or Tortora pieces from the same line. Use it as the centre of a colourful Italian dinnerware setting, or as a single accent bowl on a more neutral table.

Care & Use
Care: Hand wash in warm water with a mild soap and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry straight away with a soft cloth, and wash soon after use rather than leaving food to dry on the glaze.
Avoid: The dishwasher, microwave, oven and tumble dryer; sudden temperature changes such as boiling liquid poured into a cold piece; abrasive pads, scouring powders and bleach, which scratch the glaze; and knocks or unprotected stacking, which chip rims.
Suitable for: Everyday and formal dining, tea and coffee service, and serving and presenting at the table.
