Food-safe premium melamine — tasteless, odourless and BPA-free, independently tested and certified (TUV, SGS, Intertek). It is rated from about -10°C to +50°C, accepts short-term freezing, and is not microwave-safe or oven-safe under any circumstances.
Care: Use the dishwasher on a standard top-rack cycle, or hand-wash with mild soap and a soft sponge; hand-wash gold-detailed or hand-painted pieces to protect metallic trims.
Avoid: Microwave and oven use; extended freezer storage; cutting directly on the surface; and leaving turmeric, saffron or other strong pigments unwashed.
