Care & Use
Fine vitrified porcelain with a hard, glazed surface; tableware pieces are food-safe and resist staining and odour. Plain, undecorated porcelain tolerates everyday use and the microwave, while pieces with gold, platinum or metallic detailing must never be microwaved; porcelain is not for the oven or freezer and can crack under sudden temperature change.
Care: Wash plain, undecorated pieces by hand or on a gentle/top-rack dishwasher cycle with mild detergent; hand-wash metallic or hand-painted pieces in warm water with a soft sponge and dry immediately.
Avoid: Microwaving metallic decoration; oven or freezer use; sudden hot-cold changes; abrasive pads, steel wool, scouring powders, undiluted bleach, prolonged acidic or strongly coloured foods, knocks and drops.
Suitable for: Formal dining, tea and coffee service, dessert service, gifting and display.
