The Lente Short Tumbler opens with the most understated idea in the Mario Luca Giusti catalog: a band of concentric ribbed rings, lens-cut into Synthetic Crystal acrylic, that bends light the way a lens bends a view. Short, compact, and genuinely versatile — equally at ease with morning juice, an aperitivo over ice, or whatever a Dubai afternoon demands.
The Lente sub-line is the brand's minimalist counterpoint to its more Baroque drinkware. Designed in Florence by Mario Luca Giusti, it trades faceted drama for something more precise — a refracting surface that shifts colour and depth with every change of angle. Whatever shade fills the glass, the lens geometry transforms it: a transparent tumbler becomes a window of pure refraction; a saturated colour deepens into something almost molten.
On a villa terrace, a yacht deck, or a poolside service setting, the Lente Short Tumbler earns its place twice over. Shatter-resistant for outdoor entertaining, sculptural enough for an indoor table — Florentine precision distilled into an everyday form.

Food-grade acrylic, also called synthetic crystal, is lightweight, shatter-resistant and crystal-clear for drinkware and serveware. It is comfortable with chilled and room-temperature drinks, but not microwave-safe, not oven-safe and not for boiling or very hot liquids, which can cloud or warp the material; prolonged direct sunlight can dull clarity over time.
Care: Hand-wash in lukewarm water with mild detergent and a soft cloth, then rinse and pat dry; plain undecorated pieces may go on the dishwasher's top rack on a cool cycle below 50°C, while hand-decorated pieces should always be hand-washed. Wash promptly after dairy, coffee, tea or alcohol.
Avoid: Microwave, oven and freezer; dishwasher cycles above 50°C; boiling or very hot liquids; prolonged alcohol or aniseed-drink contact; prolonged direct sun; abrasive pads, steel wool, bleach, benzene and strong solvents; metal stirrers and knife contact that scratch the surface.
Suitable for: Terrace and garden dining, poolside and yacht service, and outdoor entertaining.
